Charlene has been at BIOS for 21 years undertaking various cleaning tasks in the kitchen. She is responsible for washing up, maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area, as well as making lunch packs for students. Charlene is friendly and welcoming to everyone that passes through the canteen, you will always get a warm smile from her.
